Day 9- Plyometrics
Alright, day nine, plyometrics. To be quite honest, I really liked this one. I would say that plyometrics made me sweat the most out of any P90x workout. I've noticed that I'm able to last longer during the exercises then I once was. I honestly can't tell much difference in my body, in fact i've gained weight since I've started. Though granted my eating habits still leave something to be desired but I would really like to think that I have added some muscle to the mix. I know I'm able to do more durning the workouts but I honestly would just like to see an inch vanish from my gut, or my "keg" if you would rather. Though on the plus side my mom has noticed a slight change in my body, and how I look, so as long as mom isn't just trying to make me feel better, then i'd say that's a good sign. We'll just have to see how I look come day 30. But all in all Plyometrics is a great workout.
