Day 11-Cardio X
Okay so I've mentioned before that I loved Plyometrics and Kenpo X, well Cardio X takes both of those, throws in some yoga and calls it a day. This workout was fast paced once you get past the Yoga, but like any other part of the P90x program it still makes you sweat. This simply was a great workout and if nothing else it will help me get in better shape for yoga x if I ever desire to torment myself for an hour and a half again. All in all this was a great workout that I plan on doing again. I don't know why, but I just like the combination of Kenpo, plyometrics and a little yoga to kick it all off. Well today is legs and back, now here comes some pain.
