Okay, this one I remember a lot better. I did quite a few more push-ups than I have the past two weeks. I also used my heavyest resistance band for the pull-ups. By the end of the workout out I litterally couldn't do any more push-ups. Hell, I basically only did one to three reps of my last push-ups. It was a hard workout and I pushed myself more than I have in a while. But at the end of chest and back, I still had ab ripper x and I was not feeling it at all...but I did it.
It was really a pain in the abs...lame I know, but I was so sore and reasy to be done, but I pushed and did more crunches than I have before. In the end it was a good workout and I rested quite well that night.
