Okay, yes I know I just posted about day 5 but I got a little behind in my posting. Did Kenpo X this morning. I have to say that I'm gonna have to say that this was by far the most fun I've had in a workout. It seriously is just you punching and kicking yourself into a sweat. And sweat I did. Basically you don't stop moving the whole time and even on your breaks, you take a drink of water and then you jog in place, do some jump rope (no rope needed) and jumping jacks. This workout is all cardio and if you do it right, your hart rate will be higher than I bet you ever thought you can get it. A fun workout and it made me ready for more.
Oh and a odd side note, this was the first of the workout DVD's were one of Tony's backups was a kinda chubby guy. Apparently he helped Tony come up with the Kenpo X portion of the workout but apparently he doesn't subscribe to Tony Horton's P90x...oh well. Also, I have changed the way that I am eating. I am basically just following the program as is provided in the nutrition guide. It is making me eat way more than I normally do and I have had to cut back on some meals so that I don't puke simply because I ate to much. But so far so good, though trying to cook all my meals at once is a little difficult, but I have to do it or else I eat fast food...oh well it works for me. Tomorrow Day 7 rest day or Stretch X...I'm thinking Stretch X right now but we'll see.
