Day 7- Stretch X

Okay so I decided to go ahead and do stretch x. Honestly it was exactly how it sounds, we stretched. I really wasn't to hard and I have a feeling doing this every week will help me gain a little flexibility in the process. Though honestly there isn't anything to say about it. It was an hour of stretching, though I did break a sweat, but it was a very light sweat. All in all it was a good break and it makes me ready for tomorrow, chest and back and the all important ab ripper x. Should be a blast, bring it!
