Alright, so I fell asleep as soon as I got home. Oh well, but I did wake up at 8:30 AM and do this workout. Though this time I did not have my resistance bands so I did all the pull-ups with the pull-up bar and a chair to take some of my weight off. This by no means made it easier and I still struggled to get my last rep pumped out. All in all though this was another great workout, though my ankle did start to hurt about midway through it. Still this was a great workout, until I hit ab ripper x...
Ab ripper x like always made me want to cry for my mommy. I just can't seem to get my abs used to doing these kinds of moves. I am getting better just when I think I can get to twenty reps without taking a break, I hit a wall and have to stop for a few seconds before finishing up. But all in all it's a great workout.
It looks like in twenty days I have lost five pounds...not bad really, any loss is a good loss as far as weight is concerned, and I haven't even been eating like I should. That'll start for sure when I get moved and settled into my new place. I've decided that I'm going to follow the portion guide instead of the meal guide. Honestly I just don't like most of the food that they are trying to make me eat. This will take a little more planning on my part but I think that I'll be able to manage it. Anyways we'll just have to see how that works out but tomorrow is Kenpo X, bring it!

Day 19-Cardio X
Alright another great night with cardio x. I still really enjoy this workout and was happy to do it. Though I don't think I gave it my all. I've been feeling really tired lately and my girlfriend has been staying up with me later and later. Getting off at 11pm makes it a little hard to be with the ones you love so I'm trying to deal but working out until 3am or later is starting to take its toll on me. That being said, the workout all in all was great and I finished it still with a good sweat and some sore legs...I got to the point where I couldn't jump anymore on the airborne Heisman... but that was alright. Another good workout...but I'm not sure how well I'll do tonight. It's leg and back time and I am feeling exhausted. Maybe I'll take a nap when I get home and then try to pump out my workout...hmmm...not sure how that will work but we'll see how I feel when I finally get home.
Oh and on a side note, my ankle is getting progressively worse. It's starting to hurt just putting weight on it and a visible bruise is starting to show right on little bump part of my ankle...not sure what the technical term is for that...and it hurts like a normal bruise if I touch it. Only problem is that my boot for work is always touching it...oh well. Just gonna man up until I either can't stand anymore or I get health insurance finally. Just gotta wait and see.
Dang...on another side note, my throat is hurting as well. It kinda feels like someone hit me in the throat or like I'm applying light pressure to my Adam's apple when I swallow (please no, "that's what she said" jokes...don't even think about it...) but I'm hoping that is just me getting a cold. Though I honestly can't remember a cold were my throat felt like this and I've had just about everything you can with your tonsils and though I still have them in, I'm not thinking that it has anything to do with my throat feeling as it does...oh well, we'll have to see how this works it's self out as well. Tonight, legs and back, ab ripper x...Bring it!

Day 18-Shoulders and arms, ab ripper X
Alright, really sorry I'm behind...gonna try a little catch up here. I did shoulders and arms, ab ripper x at the place where I work,(It's great having keys to everything) because I am still in the process of moving and can't find my resistance bands. So I used dumbbells this go around...not going to lie, this was much harder than the resistance bands and I basically had to cut my weight in half or more. I was using the 50lb resistance band, but the weights made it so much harder that I used 25-30lbs for shoulder presses (though the corkscrew shoulder press was much harder and I had to use 20lbs) and 20lbs for just about everything else. I think I like this workout a lot better with the weights and I'll have to try it that way again.
As far as ab ripper x goes, I managed to do a couple of the heels to the heavens before my legs plummeted back to the earth. The rest was basically the same, though I was suffering through some major indigestion...should not of had that one slice of pizza...seriously, all I wanted was a little splurge and I had one, ONE! and I got indigestion...oh well. All that to say that I still managed mostly twenty reps on all exercises but I normally had to pause for a few seconds before I could do more. All in all a good workout.

Day 16- Rest/Moving day
Okay, so from 11 am until 10 pm I moved from my old crappy apartment to a new one. And really it was me and my brother and then four other women...so that meant me and my brother moved all the heavy stuff. So by the end of the day I was so beat and ready to crash. So honestly I just couldn't do P90x that day...but I counted it as my rest day and will keep going for the rest of the week.
Day 15- Chest and Back, ab ripper x
Okay, this one I remember a lot better. I did quite a few more push-ups than I have the past two weeks. I also used my heavyest resistance band for the pull-ups. By the end of the workout out I litterally couldn't do any more push-ups. Hell, I basically only did one to three reps of my last push-ups. It was a hard workout and I pushed myself more than I have in a while. But at the end of chest and back, I still had ab ripper x and I was not feeling it at all...but I did it.
It was really a pain in the abs...lame I know, but I was so sore and reasy to be done, but I pushed and did more crunches than I have before. In the end it was a good workout and I rested quite well that night.

Day 14-Stretch X
Okay so I decided to go ahead and do strech X. It was a good end to week two. Though quite honestly I don't remember a lot of what I did that day...I'm a little behind on my blog posting. But as far as I remembered it was a good stretch. But on to the next post.

Day 13-Kenpo X
Well I didn't take a shower and I really just wanted to be lazy last night, but I did my workout anyways. I love Kenpo X and it is a fantastic workout, so I figured I would just fight through it and be done with it. Oddly enough by the end of the workout I was feeling rather pumped...sweating like crazy, but pumped. Kenpo X is just a great workout and I love doing it. Today is the rest day or stretch x...not sure what I'll do tonight, but we'll see.
On another note my ankle is feeling worse. Not all that surprising really. I'm going to start alternating heat and cold and just hope that is is a sprain or a pulled muscle that just refuses to go away. But it isn't going to keep me from doing my workouts. That I'm sure of.
